Cabernet Sauvignon

We produce Cabernet Sauvignon that is both ageable and enjoyable to drink young. To do so, we source quality fruit from carefully selected North Coast sites – especially hillside vineyards with good drainage and sun exposure – and age the wine for an extended period in small oak barrels to round out its body and smooth its tannins. Our Cabernet features full-bodied, concentrated flavors, a pleasing complexity and a delicious drinkability. It typically boasts an enticing, complex aroma of ripe blackberry, black raspberry and cassis fruit, with hints of mint, cedar and sweet oak vanillin. On the palate, the wine offers ripe currant and wild berry flavors, with spice and toasty oak tones mingling with lush fruit. It is a delicious accompaniment to red meats, especially beef and lamb.
