White Zinfandel Few wines are better companions to food than White Zinfandel. Its fresh berry fruitiness, while delightful on its own, is a wonderful accompaniment to a wide variety of cuisines, providing an especially delicious counterpoint to spicy and highly seasoned dishes. To enhance our White Zinfandel’s fresh, fruity qualities, we cold-ferment and briefly age the wine exclusively in stainless steel tanks, leaving it with a small amount of residual sweetness to balance the natural acidity from the grapes. It’s bottled just a few months after harvest to insure its freshness and provide wine lovers with a perfect quaffing wine for spring and summer picnics and other casual meals. The wine boasts a lovely, pale pink/salmon hue, a seductive aroma of fresh-picked raspberries and strawberries and bright, crisp, mouthwatering flavors of ripe berries with hints of pink grapefruit and peach. It pairs beautifully with a wide variety of foods, from pasta primavera, grilled salmon and baked ham to fried chicken and spicy Asian noodle and curry dishes.
