How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets to our winery concert series may be purchased online at Parducci.com until midnight on the day prior to the event, or by calling (707) 467-3480. Tickets are no longer sold in advance in the Parducci Tasting Room. However, a limited number of tickets will be available at the event entrance for $25. The tasting room is unable to accommodate online or mail orders.
All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance, however, acts are subject to change without notice.
Tickets are only sold at face value and the winery is not responsible for tickets or ticket packages sold through other vendors or programs.
How much is the service fee?
There is no service fee associated with the purchase of a ticket.
What if I lost my ticket or need a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable. In the case of a lost ticket, please re-print your ticket that was emailed to you.
I never received my ticket email, what should I do?
To avoid this email getting caught in spam, please add the domain "@Parducci.com" to your Safe Senders list. For step-by-step instructions, Google your email provider and "add to Safe Sender list" (i.e. gmail add to safe sender list).
Can I pick up my tickets from Will Call?
No. There is no Will Call option available. You are responsible for bringing your tickets to the event.
May I buy tickets the day of the show?
If available, day of show tickets may be purchased at the entrance of the concert (cash, check or charge).
